Bay Area transportation information:

Monday Departure (leave Acalanes for Foothill) 6:45 a.m.
Friday Arrival (come home from Foothill) 5:15 p.m.

CIT/JC Weekend Saturday Departure 6:45 a.m.
Sunday Arrival 4:00 p.m.

Monday Departure (leave Modesto for Foothill) 8:15 a.m.
Friday Arrival (come home from Foothill) 3:30 p.m.

Sunday Arrival (come home from Foothill) 2:30 p.m.

If you are driving your camper to and from Foothill Horizons:

Monday arrival at Foothill 9:45 a.m. (no earlier, please)
Friday pick up from Foothill 2:00 p.m. (please be on time)

CIT/JC Weekend arrival time Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
CIT/JC Weekend pick up time Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

How to Choose Transportation for Your Camper

(Required for Registration/Check-Out)

Cost for bus is the same flat rate whether you choose one way or both ways. Choose BOTH Monday and Friday even if you are only using one way. See instructions below.

Remember: You must make both a Monday AND Friday selection to check-out at registration

If you want bus transportation, choose:

Round trip (covers both Monday and Friday)
OR
the day you want the bus (Monday OR Friday) and also for the day you will drive,
choose “no transportation” and either Monday OR Friday

If you are driving your child both ways:

Choose “no transportation” for BOTH Monday and Friday
You MUST make a valid selection for BOTH days to complete your registration.


Cancelation and Refund Policy applies to both tuition and bus fare.

All cancelations due to ANY reason are subject to a $75 cancelation fee. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Cancelations 21 days or more before the first day of your reserved session: You will be charged the $75 cancelation fee, then you will receive a refund of the remaining funds you have paid.

Cancelations 8-20 days before the first day of your reserved session: You will be charged the $75 cancelation fee, then you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining funds you have paid.

Cancelations 7 days or fewer before the first day of your reserved session: NO refund will be issued.

Session may be changed to another session ONCE without penalty. Second session change will incur the $75 cancelation fee and the new session will be a new registration.

Refunds will not be issued retroactively for campers who miss periods of the camp due to illness, injury, or conflicting activities.
